• Facebook Time Warp

  Hal and I were down in Los Angeles a couple weekends ago visiting family and friends. We got to spend time with my friend Steve whom I haven’t seen in like 25 years!  Although we’ve kept in touch via emails the past couple years, nothing compares to seeing a long time friend to reminisce.

  

  There was a time in my life when I lived with friends and their families so I could continue going to high school and I lived with Steve and his mom back in ’84.  I don’t remember classes and studying much around that time (other than marching band!).  What I fondly remember West Hollywood incorporated into a city, LA was hosting the Olympics and weekends were for trips to Laguna and Venice beach with friends!  Looking back, we had to grow up pretty fast in those days and I was really appreciative of the friends I hung with back then.  It was kind of hard to reactivate 25 year old brain cells and melding them to current ones in use the next day, but it was totally worth it.  I like Facebook
